Leadership
Accelerator
Programme.

A bespoke development programme built for the Ingenia Group — designed to expand the capabilities required to lead individuals and teams effectively.

Together we grow.

The Programme

Built for the everyday realities of leadership.

The Leadership Accelerator Programme is a bespoke development programme for the Ingenia Group, designed to build and expand the capabilities required to lead individuals and teams effectively.

Modules 1–4 are delivered across four days. The programme equips participants with the tools, frameworks and confidence to manage performance, run effective team rhythms, coach individuals, and make sound decisions. Each module builds progressively, enabling leaders to apply learning immediately within their role.

Dandelion seed head

Particularly valuable for those transitioning from individual contributor to manager — or moving from reactive management to structured leadership.

Who is it for

Leaders ready to step up.

  • New & recently appointed managers

Build confidence and capability from day one in the role.

  • Team leaders

Anyone responsible for individual or team performance.

  • Experienced managers

Refresh and strengthen your leadership approach.

  • Organisations

Building consistent, high-quality leadership at first-line and mid-management levels.

Outcomes

What participants will be able to do.

By the end of the programme, every leader will have practical, applied capability across these ten areas.

  • Transition effectively into a leadership role, with clear understanding of expectations and leadership styles.
  • Manage time and priorities with greater focus, including delegation and planning discipline.
  • Run effective one-to-ones and team meetings that drive performance and engagement.
  • Coach individuals using structured approaches, adapting to different levels of skill and motivation.
  • Deliver clear, confident feedback and handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Set and maintain performance standards, with consistent accountability and follow-through.
  • Manage performance proactively — addressing underperformance and sustaining high performers.
  • Build and develop teams, including hiring, onboarding and creating a positive team culture.
  • Understand the commercial impact of their decisions, including basic P&L awareness and resource planning.
  • Apply a structured approach to planning, execution and review within their team.

The Four Modules

Four days. Four modules. One step change.

Each module builds progressively, so leaders apply what they learn back inside their teams the moment they return.

Day 1

Self, Standards & Culture

  • Build awareness of personal leadership strengths and recognise how overuse can create a “dark side” that impacts team performance.
  • Translate individual strengths into intentional leadership behaviours that enhance team effectiveness.
  • Define and implement clear team standards (MLEs) across systems, processes, culture, and expectations.
  • Diagnose current team culture and design a target culture aligned to performance and engagement outcomes.
  • Strengthen understanding of the leader’s role in shaping culture — moving from passive influence to active design.
Day 2

Leading Performance Through Structure & Conversations

  • Structure and lead high-impact team meetings and 1-2-1s that drive clarity, accountability, and performance.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives (SMART targets) linked to both qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
  • Deliver effective, timely feedback using structured models to improve performance and behaviour.
  • Build confidence and capability in holding courageous conversations early, constructively, and with clear outcomes.
  • Shift from avoidance or delay to proactive performance management — improving consistency and trust within the team.
Day 3

Coaching as a Leader

  • Develop a coaching mindset, understanding when to coach versus when to direct, motivate, or delegate.
  • Apply structured coaching models such as GROW to improve individual and team performance.
  • Increase self-awareness of unhelpful habits such as the “Advice Monster”, and build strategies to manage them.
  • Practice coaching skills in real scenarios — improving questioning, listening, and developmental conversations.
  • Embed the foundations of a coaching culture, where responsibility and ownership sit with the team.
Day 4

Driving Performance & Sustained Results

  • Run effective deal and pipeline reviews that improve forecasting accuracy and conversion.
  • Coach individuals through each stage of the sales cycle, identifying gaps and increasing performance.
  • Diagnose and address engagement levels within the team, moving individuals toward higher performance states.
  • Identify causes of performance plateaus and implement strategies to re-engage both average and top performers.
  • Strengthen leadership capability in driving consistency, accountability, and sustained high performance.
